Schools must first register their product with TestTools, Inc. before requesting technical support. The registration form can be found within the inside cover of the user manual. In order to rule out the possibility that your computer does not meet the minimum requirements to run our software please review the document on technical requirements before submitting your request for support.

TestTools, Inc. DOES NOT provide technical support for Personal or Home computer systems
