What is the "Take-Home" policy of The FCAT Simulation software?

The "Take-Home" policy of The FCAT Simulation software has been one of the best features according to the teachers and administrators at schools that purchased our software. Test Tools, Inc. prefers to think of The FCAT Simulation software like a library book that can be "checked out" for students home use and to get parents involved in preparation for the FCAT. However, Test Tools, Inc. discourages physical ownership of the CD-ROM by students and parents. Because the software is distributed on a hybrid CD-ROM and is completely loaded to each computer upon installation, there is no need for students or parents to have their own personal copy of the CD-ROM to keep once the software is loaded to their home computer.
